Higher Education Commission of Pakistan announces Indigenous scholarships for students who want to pursue admission in MS, M.phil, and PhD programs. Last year, HEC Indigenous was opened to provide 5000 scholarships. The minimum education is 18 years or an MS, M.phil degree is compulsory to obtain the HEC Indigenous scholarship 2024. Candidates across Pakistan AJK, FATA, GB, Balochistan, Sindh, KPK, and Punjab can qualify for the Indigenous Scholarship 2024.

Financial Converge of IPHD Scholarship 2024
PhD scholarship is worthwhile for students who lack of money to avail doctorate in Pakistan. They will receive financial help for approximately 36 months. IPHD Scholarship amount is enough to cater to or cover the financial expenses of this degree. HEC will pay monthly basis to IPHD beneficiaries.

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must possess an MS, or M.phil degree from foreign and locally recognized universities.
- Applicants throughout his/her academic career have no third degree.
- IPHD scholarship applicants must hold a 3.0 CGPA or first division in the annual system.
- The maximum age limit is 40 years to pursue this opportunity.
- During the study scholars will not join jobs and the scholarship will be applicable for three years.
